Our Helpdesk service gives you the freedom to call the help desk as much as needed during normal hours and not have to worry about incurring additional monthly charges. It also allows us to provide a better all-around service to you, the client. For all support issues and questions, Electric Red’s Helpdesk is the first point of contact. This is a remote service offered by Electric Red, Inc.
Our Helpdesk is managed and run out of Charleston, SC by local support staff, with local knowledge and expert experience. Our staff is prepared to troubleshoot various computer, network and application problems. Our Clients have around the clock access to our Helpdesk via Web browser, email and a toll-free phone available 8am-6pm Monday through Friday.
